Kalyanna Williams

Kalyanna Williams is a social entrepreneur and founder of Dear Diary Co. , an organization creating economic mobility for Black girls. She also runs Dear Design Collaborative, a consulting firm for impact-focused businesses. She holds a Masters degree in Dairy Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelors from Tuskegee University.

Originally from Chicago, Kalyanna is passionate about mentoring youth and creating systemic change. She has a background in agriculture and has worked to make the dairy industry more inclusive for non-traditional students. She is a dedicated advocate for Black girls and women, aiming to dismantle systemic barriers to their success.

After successfully building a multi-seven-figure business, she closed it down not due to failure, but because she realized the market had evolved and visibility was now key.
