Karina González Leal

Karina González Leal is the Deputy General Director of the Contact Center at Banorte, where she has built a long-standing career progressing through leadership roles in Human Resources. She holds both a Bachelors degree in Administrative Computer Systems and a Masters in Administration from ITESM.

Karina is a recognized leader in the teleservices industry, frequently speaking at forums on customer experience and contact center strategy. She is passionate about teamwork and celebrating collective achievements.

Her team at Banorte has won multiple awards from the Mexican Institute of Teleservices (IMT) for operational excellence.
