Karolina Pawlaczyk

Karolina Pawlaczyk is a Data Manager at Allegro, where she leads a team of over 30 data analysts. With more than a decade of experience in BI and data analysis, she is responsible for the company-wide provision of data and reports, drawing from her background in informatics and econometrics.

Outside of her core role, Karolina is passionate about sharing knowledge within the data community. She actively participates as a speaker at industry conferences, discussing advanced data concepts and strategies, and shows an interest in the innovative ideas shared through platforms like TED.

She champions the strategic concept of treating "Data as a Product", focusing on robust data governance and quality.
