Kathy Rubash

Kathy Rubash is the Vice President and Divisional CIO of Product Technology at Allstate, where she leads technology strategy for property and casualty insurance products. A results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience, she specializes in transformational change and agile strategy. She holds a B. S. in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.

Outside of her primary role, Kathy maintains strong ties to her alma mater. She actively contributes to the academic community by serving on the Business Advisory Council for the University of Notre Dames Mendoza College of Business, demonstrating a commitment to shaping future business leaders.

Unique fact: Kathy began her career as an Experienced Manager at Accenture before moving into her long-term leadership tenure at Allstate.
