Ken Braswell is the Director of Manufacturing for Resers Fine Foods and Don Pancho Mexican Foods Halifax Campus. With over 11 years at Resers, he has a history of leading teams to achieve excellence, including earning "Plant of the Year" awards. He holds an MBA from Wake Forest University.
Ken is deeply involved in local community initiatives. He takes great pride in the employee-led Resers Cares team and their work supporting underprivileged children in Northampton County through local social services.
He has dual responsibility for two major food brands, overseeing both the salad and Mexican food manufacturing plants on the same campus.
