Kim DeMotte is a Team Performance Professional and Executive Coach who leverages over 40 years of experience as a Professional Rally Co-Driver to enhance corporate team dynamics. A graduate of Indiana State University, he has worked with organizations like Caterpillar and AT&T. Based in St. Louis for over 35 years, Kim is married with two grown daughters. His lifelong passion is motorsports; he began rallying in 1969, founded the acclaimed "Rally in the 100 Acre Wood, " and continues to compete nationally. He also enjoys vintage car racing, having competed in cross-country events.
