Kirsten (Ashton) Mello

As Chief Financial Officer at Menlo Ventures, Kirsten Mello is responsible for the firms operations, including finance, legal, compliance, and investor relations. Her career began in the Audit and Assurance Business Services Department at Ernst & Young. She is a graduate of Santa Clara University.

Outside of her professional role, Kirsten is active in Scouts BSA and enjoys sharing her love for the outdoors. She lives in Los Altos with her husband and two children, and her hobbies include hiking, traveling, golfing, skiing, and Pilates.

Unique fact: Kirsten has been with Menlo Ventures since 1999 and has served on the board of the Private Equity CFO Associations West Coast Chapter.
