Under his leadership, the UK division saw significant expansion, including at the London Gateway, and was named "Freight Forwarding Company of the Year 2024" by Business & Industry Today magazine.
Outside of work, Lee is a self-described "fair-weather" Padel tennis player. He recently enjoyed the TV programme "The Diplomat" and notes that he is not a big book reader due to the amount of reading his job requires. His company has also partnered with Crystal Palace Football Club for client events.
He has recently taken up the fast-growing sport of Padel tennis.
