Lee Serota

As President of BeneCare Dental Plans, Lee Serota has over 30 years of experience in operations and information technology. He is responsible for the companys strategic leadership and long-term growth, successfully expanding its geographic footprint and product offerings. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Chicago.

Lee is active in community philanthropy, supporting accessible healthcare and local conservation. He made a donation to Penn Dental Medicines care center for persons with disabilities in memory of his father, the founder of BeneCare. He is also a recent supporter of Natural Lands, a regional conservation organization.

He continues the family legacy started by his father, a practicing dentist who founded BeneCare in 1979 to improve oral health outcomes.
