Lisa Little is a veteran entrepreneur and distinguished leader in the pawn industry with over 37 years of experience. As CEO of Fieldstone Jewelry & Pawn and Vice President of the National Pawnbrokers Association, she is a passionate advocate for the industry. Lisa holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia and was the first woman to earn the Certified Pawn Professional® designation.
Outside of work, Lisa is deeply involved in her Conyers community. She dedicates time to teaching Bible classes and coordinating youth education at her church. Her personal interests include genealogy, traveling, and literature, with a particular fondness for the works of Jane Austen and Agatha Christie. She also enjoys spending time with her two daughters.
She co-founded her first pawn business with her father in 1987, establishing a family legacy that continues today.
