Lyndall Schreiner 🌍

Lyndall is the Chief of Staff at Wispr Flow and an executive coach for startup founders. With a background that includes degrees from the University of Oxford and University of Cape Town, she has experience leading product teams at high-growth tech companies like Afresh and Lyft, focusing on climate tech and reducing food waste.

Originally from South Africa, Lyndall has a deep-seated passion for climate action and sustainability, which prompted a major career shift. Outside of work, she enjoys backcountry camping and writes a blog called "Parenting by Design, " which applies strategic frameworks to the challenges of being a working parent.

After a personal "aha moment" regarding climate change, she founded Earthrise School to coach others on how to successfully transition their careers into the climate space.
