Macha Nikolski leads the Computational Biology and Bioinformatics lab at CNRS in Bordeaux. Her work focuses on multi-omics data integration, AI-driven translational research, and biomarker discovery, particularly in oncology. She also directs the Bordeaux Bioinformatics Center, providing data analysis and strategic consulting to external partners, and holds a PhD from Université de Bordeaux.
