Marcia is a Director and Fellow at Alcon, specializing in the design and development of intraocular devices. With expertise in in vitro/in vivo models, she is a technical leader who has rapidly advanced in her career. She holds a Master of Science from UNT Health Fort Worth.
Beyond her core role, Marcia is dedicated to mentoring future talent. She serves on the External Advisory Board for Bioengineering at The University of Texas at Arlington, where she gives guest lectures on product development in the medical device industry and judges senior design projects.
