Maria Memet

Maria is an expert in corporate wellbeing and the co-founder of Aum Wellbeing. A graduate of Norwich University of the Arts, she leverages her previous experience working with the UKs largest publishing magazines to develop sustainable wellness initiatives for organizations, helping them support their employees through mindfulness and yoga.

Outside of her entrepreneurial ventures, Maria is a visual artist and photographer. She is a 200+ hour certified yoga teacher, a practice she initially embraced to find balance in a high-pressure corporate environment and now passionately shares with others to foster healthier workplaces.

She has successfully channeled her creativity and passion from a first-class photography background into co-founding a workplace wellbeing company.
