Mark is also a patient advocate himself, living with Type 2 Diabetes since 2010. This personal experience fuels his passion for improving healthcare systems and ensuring the patients voice is heard. He co-founded the Patient Information Forum (PIF), an organization dedicated to improving the quality of patient health information.
