Mark serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at CarOnSale, a Berlin-based startup. He is a globally recognized expert in talent sourcing, known for building and managing recruitment teams for startups and major enterprises like Microsoft and Autodesk. A Danish native proficient in German and English, Mark has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in seven European countries.
