Masato Otsu

Masato Otsu is the Senior Director of Global Facilities & Construction for North Asia at Micron Technology, and also serves as the Representative Director for Micron Memory Japan. He has a history of leadership within the company, including as Facilities EHS Director, and is deeply involved in the semiconductor manufacturing landscape, holding a Masters degree from Hiroshima University.

Outside of his primary professional duties, Masato is committed to fostering education within his community. He actively contributes to local development by serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Hiroshima International School, demonstrating a personal investment in international education and youth development.

He recently represented Micron in discussions on the future of AI and talent development in the semiconductor industry.
