Matt Stolper

Matt Stolper is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at RSM US LLP, where he leads experienced hire recruiting for the firms consulting practice across the US, Canada, India, and El Salvador. He holds a B. S. from Roanoke College.

Outside of his professional life, Matt has a background in athletics, having played baseball while attending Roanoke College and JV football at Thayer Academy. His early interest in sports is highlighted by a trip to see a University of Alabama football game during his high school years.

He is responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts across four different countries for a major U. S. consulting firm.
