His career is rooted in financial technology, having spent nearly 18 years as IT Director at V12 Retail Finance, developing cutting-edge online systems. He holds a BSc from The University of Salford.
Outside of his technology leadership role, Matthew is passionate about supporting charitable causes through physically demanding challenges. He has been a key driver for teams participating in the Welsh 3 Peaks challenge and is now an active climber, personally fundraising for the Tŷ Hafan Childrens Hospice.
After two years inspiring and driving the support vehicle for his colleagues, he decided to join the climbing team himself.
