Melissa Golding

Melissa Golding is the Director of Origination for the Southwest Region at ConocoPhillips, where she has built her career in various commercial and contract roles. She leverages over 15 years of industry experience, specializing in natural gas origination. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis.

Melissa values building and maintaining long-term professional relationships and is an active networker at industry forums. During her time at university, she was involved in the Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity and served as a LAUNCH Pre-Orientation Program Leader, demonstrating early leadership qualities.

She was a National Merit Scholar and the Valedictorian of her high school class.
