Michael Steen
Michael Steen is the Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Air Worldwide, where he has been instrumental in driving the companys commercial strategy for over 15 years. With three decades of experience in aviation and logistics, he is a recognized industry leader. He earned his degree in Economics from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
Drawing on a deeply international career, Michael has professional experience spanning Europe and North America. He began his career in his native Sweden, held several leadership roles with Dutch carrier KLM Cargo, and now leads one of the worlds largest airfreight companies based in the United States.
He is a member of the Board of Governors for The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA), shaping policy for the industry.
