Michael Vallance

Currently the Global Head of Transaction Banking for Wealth & Personal Banking at HSBC, he has held senior leadership roles at Santander, Citi, and Capco. Outside of his corporate career, Michael is deeply committed to supporting military veterans and their families. He has organized and participated in numerous demanding fundraising challenges for charities like Help for Heroes and RE:ACT Disaster Response, which repurposes the skills of veterans for humanitarian aid. He has also held committee positions with The Royal British Legion.
He is the founder of Rugby 4 Heroes, a charity festival that has become a significant fundraising platform.
