Michele Velcheck

Michele Velcheck is the founder and CEO of Solid Source Real Estate Companies, a brokerage she grew to over $1 billion in annual sales before its acquisition by HomeSmart. An alumna of Kennesaw State Universitys business school, she is a recognized leader, public speaker, and a member of her alma maters Executive Advisory Board.

A former U. S. Army military police officer, Michele is passionate about community service and has received a Charitable Services Award for her philanthropic efforts. She frequently speaks on the importance of using personal time to pursue passions and advocates for self-care, reading, and continuous learning as foundational requirements for success.

Her career in real estate was sparked after watching a 2 AM infomercial, which inspired her to purchase three rental properties within sixty days.
