He grew the company to over 80 million users before selling it to Under Armour for $475 million, where he then served as Chief Digital Officer. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Princeton University.
Inspired by a desire to help people, Mikes work is driven by solving real-world problems through technology. The idea for MyFitnessPal originated from his own personal need to get in shape for his wedding. He is committed to paying forward his success by mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders.
Unique fact: The initial version of MyFitnessPal was a website he coded himself on nights and weekends, simply because he was frustrated with using a paper notebook to track his calories.
