Momtaz Dib

Momtaz Dib is the Director of Learning and Development at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), leveraging extensive experience from senior talent management roles at HSBC and SABB. He specializes in organizational development across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey, and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.

Outside his corporate career, Momtaz is dedicated to youth empowerment and has served as a Board Member for Education For Employment, a non-profit organization focused on creating career opportunities for young people across the MENA region.

He has built a distinguished career spanning over two decades focused on leading human capital and organizational development for major global financial institutions.
