Nadine Fontaine-Palmer is the CEO of Mabadiliko CIC, an organization focused on antiracism and equity. She leverages her unique background, which includes a PhD in Neuroscience and a qualification as a Chartered Accountant, to drive evidence-based organizational transformation. Her experience spans consultancy at Big 4 firms and co-founding the KPMG UK Behavioural Science Unit.
Her work is deeply influenced by her personal lived experience as part of the second generation of Windrush, which fuels her passion for tackling generational inequality. Mabadiliko was founded by her mother, Hillna Fontaine, and Nadine is proud to continue its mission of social justice, activism, and creating equitable communities.
