Nancy Gardiner is the President of the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, leveraging over 30 years of experience within the Government of Canada. Her career has focused on delivering complex economic and social programs. She holds an MBA from Saint Marys University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Acadia University.
Originally from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Ms. Gardiner now resides in Ottawa with her husband, Gary, and their two children. She has a demonstrated long-term commitment to public service and advancing equality, having held senior roles at multiple government agencies before her current presidency.
