Nao Terai

Nao Terai is a Supervising Attorney at The Legal Aid Societys Criminal Appeals Bureau. With a Doctor of Law from Stanford Law School, their career has been dedicated to public defense, including extensive experience at Appellate Advocates. They have a strong background in appellate law and representing clients in the New York court system.

During their time at Stanford Law School, Nao demonstrated early leadership capabilities and community involvement. They served as the Co-President of the Asian and Pacific Islander Law Students Association, indicating a commitment to student advocacy and representation within the legal community.

While at Stanford, they were the Co-President of the Asian and Pacific Islander Law Students Association.
