She founded Customer Success LATAM, the regions first professional community for CS professionals. She holds a Bachelors Degree in International Business from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales.
Outside of work, Natalia is a dedicated mother and a strong advocate for women in business, actively participating in the Argentina Forum of Executive Women. She is a ballet enthusiast and also enjoys traveling and skiing with her family, taking annual trips to the slopes.
