Nina Tann is the Executive Director of Compensation Service at the U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she oversees policies for VA disability compensation programs. A Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner with a B. A. from Elon University, she has nearly three decades of experience leading large-scale federal benefit program modernization and quality assurance initiatives.
Outside of her federal service, Nina is a passionate advocate for social causes. She has publicly taken a personal stand and pledged to help end domestic violence, harassment, and sexual assault, encouraging others to join the cause.
In 2022, Nina received the Department of Veterans Affairs Customer Experience (CX) Innovation Award for her work in appeals processing technology.
