Noorain Khan is a philanthropic strategist and Chief Innovation Officer at the Ford Foundation, where she drives innovation to accelerate social impact. She is also the National President of Girl Scouts of the USA. A Rhodes Scholar with degrees from Rice, Oxford, and Yale Law, her work spans civil rights, womens leadership, and the arts.
Her passion for social impact was sparked by her time as a Girl Scout in Michigan, an organization she has been involved with for over three decades. Today, she co-leads her daughters Daisy Troop in Brooklyn, where she lives with her husband and two children. She also writes a monthly newsletter on purpose-led careers.
She is the first Muslim American and first millennial to serve as the National President of the Girl Scouts of the USA.
