Paul Kennedy

Paul Kennedy is the Rector of St Vedast-alias-Foster and Priest-in-Charge at Saint Mary Aldermary in the Diocese of London. Educated at St. Stephens House, Oxford, he previously worked at Deloitte before finding his vocation as a priest. He leads diverse congregations, from the experimental and meditative Moot Community to the traditional choral services at St Vedast.

He is deeply engaged in community and charitable work, notably organizing aid trips and fundraising for medical supplies for Ukraine. Paul hosts Ukrainian guests in the Rectory and is actively involved with City of London livery companies. His community engagement includes hosting events and fostering a welcoming space for both local workers and international visitors.

He serves as the official chaplain to the Worshipful Company of Woolmen, a role which includes the unique duty of blessing sheep.
