Philip Rose

Philip is a purpose-led Scaling Up Coach who co-founded Ignium Consulting. He leverages his background as an engineer at Rolls-Royce and Audi, and an MBA, to help businesses grow. People he has worked with describe him as a genuine, knowledgeable, intelligent, and robust coach who is a good listener and truly invested in helping others succeed.

Philip is a family man who lives near Oxford, England, with his wife and two daughters. His passions include running, open-water swimming, and cycling, often to raise money for charity. He enjoys traveling with his family, with frequent trips to California and France for summer holidays and skiing in the winter.

He holds a Guinness World Record for the fastest marathon dressed as an astronomical body (the sun), which he achieved to raise money for a childrens cancer charity.
