Preeti Das

Preeti Das is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Wellness Forever, where she leads people strategies focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational culture. With over two decades of experience across retail and IT, she is an expert in cultural transformation. She studied Human Resources at XLRI Jamshedpur.

Outside of work, Preeti is passionate about personal growth and well-being. She enjoys painting and is actively developing her skills as a happiness coach. She is also pursuing her ICF leadership coaching certification with the long-term goal of establishing her own coaching practice to mentor future leaders.

An early career experience organizing an awards ceremony taught her that the "WOW" employee experience is more critical than logistics, a lesson that fundamentally shaped her HR philosophy.
