Radia is a results-driven technical leader at Guardant Health, focusing on data-driven early cancer detection. With over 20 years of experience, she has a Ph. D. in Bioengineering from Rutgers and an M. S. in Data Science from UC Berkeley. Colleagues describe her as an exceptional systems engineer with tremendous technical strength and great system-level thinking.
Outside of her professional life, Radia is a mother to two daughters and enjoys spending her time cooking and traveling with them. She has also been involved in events supporting women in data science through her alma mater, UC Berkeley.
She was the technical lead for the development of a "Robotic Pill, " a novel device designed to orally deliver biotherapeutics that would otherwise require injection.
