Randy Billard

He holds PhD, Masters, and Bachelors degrees in engineering from Memorial University, with research focused on human performance in simulation-based training. He previously served as the companys Chief Technical Officer before becoming CEO in 2021.
Outside of his executive role, Randy is actively involved in his community and family life. He enjoys spending time with his daughters U13 hockey team, where he helps coach the CBR Renegades. He is a vocal supporter of women advancing in the technology and marine sectors.
He has published numerous research papers on vessel modeling, human performance, and simulator training effectiveness.
