Riley Tolen is an experienced construction leader at Shook Construction, specializing in water and wastewater treatment plants. A Purdue University graduate with an Associate DBIA certification, he has progressed through multiple roles in the company and now spearheads estimating and business expansion efforts in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Outside of work, Riley is passionate about community involvement. He is a dedicated volunteer for StepUp Ministry in Raleigh, an organization he is honored to support for its significant impact on the local community.
