He previously served as CEO and President for several claims services firms, including EP Claims Services and One Call Claims, before founding Deep Roots Restaurant Group and The Hope Farm.

Timothy is passionate about creating unique community-centric experiences. His restaurant, The Hope Farm, located in Fairhope, Alabama, is a key part of his vision to bring people together and positively impact his local community through hospitality. He is a hands-on owner, dedicated to building his ventures from the ground up.

He made a significant career pivot, shifting his focus from decades in catastrophe claims management to becoming a successful restaurateur.
