Rohan Lovell is the Executive Director of Infrastructure and Digital at Eastern Health, with over 20 years of leadership in health and social infrastructure. His expertise lies in managing large-scale infrastructure programs, asset management, and digital health portfolios. He holds a Bachelor of Built Environment in Architecture from QUT.
Outside of his executive role, Rohan is involved in his community through advisory positions. He has served on the Planning and Facilities Sub-Committee for Sacred Heart College in Geelong and contributed to Future Proofing Geelong, indicating a strong interest in local development and education.
He has also held key infrastructure and property services leadership roles at Barwon Health and Fire Rescue Victoria.
