Outside of her tech career, Sarah has a strong passion for animal welfare. In 2011, she founded LoveAnimals. org, one of the earliest crowdfunding platforms in the US, which was specifically dedicated to raising funds for animal and wildlife nonprofits. She ran the platform for six years.
Interestingly, Sarah began her career as a lawyer before transitioning into technology and entrepreneurship, founding a crowdfunding platform to help animals.
