Shawn Paterakis
Login to view DISC.Shawn Paterakis is the Director of Sales & Operations for the family-owned H&S Bakery and the co-owner of its artisan spinoff, Kneads Bakeshop & Cafe. As a fourth-generation leader, he manages fresh route sales in the Mid-Atlantic while driving innovation in the bakery space. He holds a BA in Psychology from Rhodes College.
Beyond his professional roles, Shawn is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, reflecting a deep interest in nutrition and wellness. He is also involved in his familys long-standing community engagement, including a 30-year partnership with St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore to address local hunger and create meaningful change.
He previously taught Leadership and Ethics at Gerstell Academy before joining the family business.
