Shruti Dholakia

Shruti Dholakia is the Chief Product Officer and co-founder at 33n, where she leads health-tech product strategy. A graduate of Imperial College London, she is also a practicing NHS Anaesthetist and co-founder of the National CLEAR Programme, focusing on transforming healthcare through data-driven methodologies.

Outside of her clinical and executive roles, Shruti reflects on her identity as a British Indian woman in leadership. She champions a leadership style centered on listening, leading with humor, and empowering others to succeed, viewing these as core human values rather than gender-specific traits.
