With over 20 years in customer experience and digital marketing, Si Elliott is the Managing Director at Diversity and the Founder of Fabricx, a consultancy applying behavioural science to customer relationships. A graduate of Sheffield Hallam University, he also hosts "The Customer Experience Lab" podcast and lectures at two universities, bridging industry and academia.
Outside of his professional roles, Si demonstrates a keen interest in how excellent customer experience principles are applied in other fields, particularly in sports. He is an admirer of the MLS team St. Louis CITY SC, following their journey and praising their world-class fan engagement. He also has an appreciation for creative print design.
