An alumna of Chalmers University of Technology, she has built her career on developing cutting-edge HVDC technology. She is a certified SAFe® Agilist and Product Owner/Product Manager.
Sophie is a vocal advocate for gender equality and is driven to create a better society through her work. She participated in the Ruter Dam executive development program and actively recruits women into managerial roles, believing that actions speak louder than words in fostering change and innovation.
