Stephanie Lynch is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Global Endowment Management (GEM), where she sets strategic direction. Her extensive experience includes serving as Chief Investment Officer at The Duke Endowment. A CFA Charterholder, Stephanie earned her B. S. in Finance from Florida State University and was recently appointed to the North Carolina Investment Authority Board.

Stephanie is deeply involved in philanthropic and educational governance. She serves as a trustee for The Thacher School and is a member of the investment committee for the Baby J Fund, a foundation dedicated to supporting research for pediatric cancers. She has also served as a trustee for her alma maters foundation.

She was recently named by Pensions & Investments as one of the 2025 Influential Women in Institutional Investing.
