Steve Collette

Steve Collette is a franchise development leader with over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience and the founder of East Brands. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Franchise Association and is a respected speaker. Colleagues consistently describe him as energetic, passionate, and exceptionally knowledgeable about growing franchise systems across North America.

Outside of work, Steve is a dedicated husband, father, and coach who co-founded the holistic fitness company 3rd Degree Training with his wife, Pam. Their own personal health journey was the inspiration for the business. He also has a keen interest in philosophy, a subject he began studying in his 30s.

Unique fact: He started his fitness franchise after his own health transformation, which began at a point where he couldnt tie his shoes without losing his breath.
