Steve is the Director of Solutions Engineering & Architecture at One Model, specializing in people analytics. With a PhD from the University of South Florida, he helps organizations build data-driven HR cultures to solve complex business problems. Outside of his professional life, Steve is an avid fisherman. He and his son participate in tournament bass fishing together in Central Florida. He is also active in his local professional community, frequently presenting at and organizing meetups for analytics professionals in the Tampa-Orlando area.
