Stewart Leckie - QAEC mMBA

Stewart Leckie is the Director of Military, Defence & Dual-Use Technologies at L-SPARK, where he helps early-stage founders succeed in Canadas defence ecosystem. He is an expert in public sector reform and incentive design. Colleagues describe him as having a sharp mind, genuine curiosity, and a customer-first approach, supported by education from McGill and Queens University.

Stewart is a passionate advocate for systemic change, focusing on neurodiversity and inclusion innovation. He works to foster accessible leadership and create bias-aware policies, challenging outdated structures to embed justice and equity into public and private institutions. His work is driven by a desire to realign systems for fairer outcomes.

He founded Meritless Canada, a civic advocacy platform focused on challenging how merit is mismeasured in public service.
