Suresh Kondamudi

A graduate of IIT, Madras, he specializes in building highly scalable, data-intensive systems. He is the key architect behind CleverTaps proprietary database technology.
He is passionate about applying AI and machine learning to solve complex user engagement challenges. He believes in integrating conventional ML models with LLMs to build adaptable, future-proof systems for customer retention and has a keen interest in solving difficult engineering problems through intuitive interfaces.
He led the creation of Tesseract DB™, the world’s first purpose-built database specifically designed for the fusion of speed and scalability in customer engagement.
