Thomas McGrath is a retired U. S. Army Colonel with 30 years of active-duty service, including combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Following his military career, he directed federal programs at the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Small Business Administration to support veteran-owned and women-owned small businesses in government contracting.
